Togston Barns kennels is a family run business, located near Amble in Northumberland, offering short and long term boarding for your dogs. We also offer day boarding as well.
All our kennels are newly built, fully heated and have large covered external runs. Dogs can choose to go in and out throughout the day.
We have capacity to look after 22 dogs.

To maintain your dog's normal diet we ask you to provide their food for the duration of their stay. We provide beds, bowls etc but an old familiar blanket might help maintain that familiar smell to home. They can of course bring their favourite toy too.

Dogs need to have their yearly vaccinations up to date, we ask you to provide their vaccinations book on arrival.

We walk the dogs to their individual needs
Please make sure you keep up to date with their worming, flea and tick treatments. We play with your dogs and are happy to give them a brush. This helps us monitor their wellbeing and provide your dog with our friendly touch and care.

We work hard to make sure your pet feels comfortable and relaxed. Whether it’s their first boarding experience, or they’re seasoned regulars, their wellbeing is central to everything we do. We are very experienced in giving dogs medication, please speak to us about their requirements at the time of booking.

Monday - Sunday: 8am to 10.am or 3pm to 5pm.
We love to see and meet people but please ring us first.
We are currently offering owners time slots for collections and drop off's, to help maintain social distancing .
Day Care
Daycare is a popular services. We pride ourselves on our professional yet fun approach, and do everything necessary to ensure your pets are safe, secure and happy.
Oscar has been coming for day care, Monday to Friday for 5 years that we have run the business and previously with the last owner, he definitely thinks he is top dog, which of course he is.
Brilliant kennels. Large, light and airy and clean kennels for dogs. Taken for walks what ever the weather. One of our dogs is on medication twice a day which is no problem what so ever. Allison is wonderful with the dogs, does everything (and more) to make sure they are well looked after and cared for. Would highly recommend.
